    We had an excellent experience with Harco Exteriors from start to finish. John completed a thorough walk-through to get a sense of our needs and sent us a detailed proposal. He's very knowledgeable and had several great suggestions about how to address some existing gutter placement/drainage issues. John was reliably available to answer our (many) questions and guide us through several key decision points. He was also able to recommend and coordinate with some other tradespeople that we ultimately needed to involve in our project. The crew on-site was very neat, courteous, and efficient. And as a total bonus everyone was super kind to our young child who was sometimes curious, sometimes scared of all the commotion happening outside. Most important of all, the team did a GREAT job. We are very pleased with the work and have already recommended Harco to several neighbors who are considering similar projects. We will definitely use them again

The owner, Fabricio, suggested a flat solid stain in identical color to our existing paint for the siding and and it is only subtly different from before, but looks better. Pricing was competitive and payment was after work was complete, team waited patiently for the right weather, was very professional and friendly and did a terrific job. Great attention to detail. Fabricio even fixed the wiring on an outdoor floodlight. Planning to use again and would definitely recommend

    This was an excellent experience. They started work within a week of booking them. They power-washed, scraped, sanded, primed and painted the house and trim. They also painted the downspouts, and we added the task of painting the foundation as well. They also replaced a few rotted boards. The whole team was very professional, but we would like to especially thank Sandro, Vander and Willian for working with us, helping us choose a trim color and keeping us informed every step of the way. We hope to use them next year to do some interior work

    Al and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We were hesitant on what shade of Blue to paint our house and Al went out and bought 5 samples for us and also gave his insight to make sure we were confident in our choice. Throughout the process Al was very quick to respond to any questions we had and he also reached out multiple times to let us know the next steps and to make sure we were happy with the progress. The end result was a stunning transformation and Al's recommendation was spot on. I highly recommend Al and his team and they will be our first call when we paint the interior of our house

    This is a complicated situation and I'm going to try to be as fair as possible. I recently moved into a new home with my wife and newborn child. We opted for a home that needed quite a bit of work but it was in a location we liked. Th exterior was a complete mess, kitchen/bathrooms need to be gutted but at least the interior had just received a complete fresh paint job. The paint job by all appearances looked to be good quality when we bought the house and was fine for a couple weeks. Then the humidity started to rise. It quickly became apparent that absolutely zero prep work had been done to the underlying paint on the trim and doors. Wherever two surfaces touched the paint began peeling off in sheets. When we lift books off our built ins paint comes with it. If you accidentally bump into a doorway the paint comes off. I think its only a matter of time before the paint begins to fail everywhere else. So basically the one thing in the house that had been taken care of is now a complete disaster. Every bit of paint that was applied to the trim and doors needs to be painstakingly removed so it can be repainted correctly. Just the removal is going to cost at least 15k. Let alone repainting everything. Now, for culpability. I fully appreciate that the previous home owners shoulder a large amount of responsibility for this mess. I'm sure this is the paint job they wanted - "it's the next homeowners problem" mentality. I also believe that Mauricio Gomez had a a moral and ethical responsibly to turn down such work as they of course knew what a nightmare would result. From reading the reviews it looks like these guys generally do good work. It is also clear however that they are comfortable doing extremely bad work. I did mange to get Ben on the phone one time and explained the situation. He was not at all surprised and he said he would come by in the next couple of days to try to work on a solution. I didn't expect him to fix it for free but I thought maybe we could work something out. He never showed up and I haven't heard from him since. So let this be a lesson to you all! When buying a house scratch some of the paint with your fingernail. If it comes off, run
