Omar and his team were absolutely amazing! They were 100% knowledgeable about our chimneys and woodstoves.They were able to fix every issue they found (one of which, an old, crumbling terra cotta flue lining, presented two serious safety issues of house fire and carbon monoxide poisoning). They also solved a chronic issue with one of our woodstoves. They had all needed supplies with them and did not leave our home until everything was safe and working properly. We truly appreciated their professionalism, sense of responsibility, and how much they cared about our safety. We plan to have them come for all future chimney and woodstove servuce. These guys were absolutely FANTASTIC. They were professional, personable and very thorough. The whole team was communicative and engaged from the start of making the appointment to the end and follow-up. As a new home buyer I was sad to find out that the previous home owners had not been diligent in upkeep of the main flue, McBrian’s Flue & Fire went above and beyond to physically show me the issue, have a resolution and on top of it all gave us a great price break to get it done. They stayed extra time afterwards to walk me through using both our wood burning stove and our pellet burning stove and tested both appliances to ensure they were in working condition. They cleaned up, were efficient and I will 100% recommend their service. Especially after finding out the other business in town couldn’t come assess the new home for over 9 weeks… McBriens came out within 4 days of me reaching out!! I plan to hire them again for our other residence in the spring!

Omar was completely professional, friendly and thorough. We have a fireplace that hadn't been used in decades. Omar explained what was needed to get it up and running that day. He didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't needed. They cleaned the chimney and installed a new roof mount damper and capped off the other pipes for the furnace and second fireplace that we won't use. They left my livingroom spotless. Will hire them again for our cleanings and will recommend to friends and neighbors. Great to work with and we had our first fire on Saturday evening. It was so cozy. Glad we chose McBrien's!

Communication with this provider was exceptional. They contacted me immediately and was upfront regarding the pricing. We set up a date. On arrival, everything was explained with advisement to what to consider in the future. My cabin is 98 years old. the last time I had the chimney cleaned was around 2009.
