"We had a problem that water was mild warm when taking shower on our second floor, even though we turned the switch to the hottest. The first floor water did not get hot either. We first called Heritage yesterday since they installed a new boiler for us 3.5 years ago. Heritage technician came in and checked yesterday and gave us a list of parts to be replaced. The total cost would be more than $1300! We did not have them fixed, but still Heritage charged us $99.
Today we called Joyce Cooling & Heating, Inc. Joyce came in around noon time and identified the problem right away. He used his mighty tool and fixed the problem in several minutes. Now hot water comes out as we need. Amazingly, it only cost us $79.99! Joyce saved us thousands of dollars!! We are so appreciated his honest and quality work! In fact, this is our 2nd time using Joyce Cooling and heating Inc. Last time we had a problem with air-conditioning. He also fixed the problem and charged a very fair price.

"Joe Montbleau is responsive, smart, hungry, and professional. Oh, and by the way, does excellent quality work. He is, in my opinion, the epitome of what a service provider should strive to be. If you are not in the mood for a white-hot glowing endorsement check out now because it only gets better from here. I had a plumbing EMERGENCY. As in it is December, I have tenants living in my building, and my boiler dies. Dies I say! Deader than Jimmy Hoffa. So I put the word out to a few places that I need a boiler stat. Joe contacts me within hours and goes to the house the next day. Day after that he gets me a quote. Speaking of quotes, his was excellent. Not the lowest, but by no means the highest. It was both very fair and quite reasonable given the circumstances. I went with him because I felt a high level of confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and was being very honest in his communications with me. I got several quotes (some of which were outrageous) and perhaps more than anything the feeling that I was not being worked over made me choose Joe. And glad I did! Two days later I had a shiny new boiler running perfectly. Not only does Joe do the boiler install to perfection he handles everything. Removal, install, plumbing, electrical. He even had an oil burner tech come out to tune the burner so that it achieves the highest-possible efficiency. Would I recommend Joe? Let me tell you something, I could not recommend anyone more highly. I am already looking for more jobs I can have him do so get him while you can. "The service tech arrived a few minutes after the end of their arrival window. Reception did call to notify a slight delay. No big deal here. We reviewed the steps I took and after some preliminary inspection the tech revisited the system bleed. No air this time. It happens the boiler in question is a Burnham Revolution, notorious for various cryptic failures. We were discussing the inevitable replacement option when he homed in on the primary loop pump motor again and realized it was locked up. It had everyone fooled as it was vibrating as if it was operable, but hot a Hades due to the frozen prop shaft. This gig would probably have summed up @$600 but for the tricky diagnosis and my loquacious tendencies. At least I know who to call when I'm ready for that replacement/expansion."
