I called Milltown on a Sunday hoping to get on the list for Monday. Amazingly I got a call on Sunday evening. They came on Monday and not only installed the hot water connection, but also replaced an old leaky hot water shut off. This was in an almost impossible position to access, but he did it in a few minutes. Since he was there I asked him if he could repair a troublesome flush mechanism on one of my toilets. I had other plumbers work on this with limited results. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I'm happy to say it continues to work very well."

"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."
