They came on Monday and not only installed the hot water connection, but also replaced an old leaky hot water shut off. This was in an almost impossible position to access, but he did it in a few minutes. Since he was there I asked him if he could repair a troublesome flush mechanism on one of my toilets. I had other plumbers work on this with limited results. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I'm happy to say it continues to work very well."
