"United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "

"Extremely well. I hired Impresair to remove a layer of asbestos shingles from the exterior of my house. But, as the asbestos shingles were gradually removed, we discovered that the house also had a second layer of asphalt shingles under the asbestos shingle layer that was visible. This meant that a second, and unexpected, layer of siding also needed to be removed and hauled away. No problem for Impresair. They just brought in additional workers to complete the extra removal work on schedule...and finished the work on a day when we were experiencing showers for the entire day. They simply worked through the showers. Impresair is a very professional company and I strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in removing asbestos shingles from an old house. They arrived on time and the crew worked very diligently for three long days. When the siding was all off, they cleaned up the job site very well and made every attempt to locate any stray nails that might have been overlooked during the clean up work. A week later, they sent me a number of official documents for my retention that serve to substantiate that asbestos had been remediated successfully at my address. I am truly delighted with the results and would definitely hire them again for any future asbestos removal work that I might need."

"We shopped around for quite a few quotes in the Central Mass area for our roof replacement and were happy to go with Golden Group. The prices were very competitive and much more reasonable than other companies. They didn't try to nickle and dime us and also respected our time when giving us a quote, unlike some larger, national companies we received quotes from. They set up and completed the entire job in a whole day (about 12 hours- we had 3 layers of roof on our house). Freddy checked in on the job site intermittently throughout the day and he and his crew were very professional. This was a few weeks ago and we have not found any scraps or nails left behind. Overall, we would hire Golden Group again in the future and have no reservations recommending them to others."

"Kyle and crew were good. There were some minor damages from the roofing work which they fixed: 2 window screens replaced and did a paint touch up on my brown gambrel tile that was scraped. Also came back to replace one side of rake flashing on one side of the house and tightened the other side to complete all roofing work. Will C. will come by to complete two other separate tasks this week. Otherwise, all went well. 😊thank you for following up and addressing any issues. "Power Construction did a great job installing the roof and lead flashing the chimney. Just have to wait for a couple of good rainstorms to find out. They initially did a good job of protecting the house with tarps, however, there was a big hole in the center of the tarp and my front stairs got tar on them when they removed the old roof that I had to power wash off. They should repair the tarp. Second, I have a screen porch on the back of my house in which I had just put in new screens and told them to be very careful not to damage the screens. When they removed the old roof from the main house the screen porch was well protected and no damage could have occurred, however, when they removed the old roof from the screen porch they slightly damaged one screen and there were multiple tar marks on the side of the screen porch and some wood siding was damaged. I imagine this type of damage would be typical of any roofer. The project manager on the day of the job was excellent, except he had to leave for a few minutes and something came up and communication with the workers was a challenge since my high school Spanish is not very good, as there was not a lead roofer identified that I should speak to in the event I needed to when he was gone. The workers were all very courteous and attentive to what needed to be done and made sure they cleaned up the yard afterward. Lisa, the point person at the company was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and courteous and made sure everything was in order before and after the job was completed. Power Construction offered to come out and replace/fix my damaged screen and to power wash my stairs and walk as soon as I conveyed it to them, however, I had already completed the work as soon as I noticed it. (Happy wife Happy life) When the owner of Power Construction heard I had cleaned up the tar on the stairs and fixed a screen he asked how he could compensate me for my time and materials. I requested Power Construction could replace the gutters on my screen porch and put in a new downspout instead of financial compensation. The owner agreed to have the gutters and downspout replaced at no cost to me. He wants to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied. Once again excellent experience working with Power Construction, I definitely recommend them. My next-door neighbor is actually in the process of contacting them to replace their roof."
