"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

Called to have them fix their work and said it would be 120per hour just to come out. We have used this company for many years. Heating, cooling, sewer, and plumbing. NO MORE! "Got an appointment for 3 days after I received my newly purchased garbage disposal. Service was prompt, professional, friendly, and fast. Only took about 30-40 minutes to get the old disposal removed (which was on really tight); install the new one and make sure everything worked well with no leaks. And didn't mind a little friendly chatter while he worked. Good price for the installation - 2/3 of the cost was for the service call. Highly recommend."
