This is a horrible company to work with. DO NOT buy from them. Their customer support is very poor and the staff is very rude. They never show up for scheduled service repairs, which happens often. The stairlift hasnâ  t worked properly since being installed. Paid $8,600 and really wish I had given my money to another company.

Electrician punched hole in drywall. Neglected to repair it. Chairlift installation was quick and efficient. We are pleased with the lifts but displeased with damaged drywall.

Sales rep sold me a not-in-stock lift, so they had to go up one model for the same price. Then told me I needed to add on a folding ramp because the installer thought it was needed. When I said, never mind, they added it in for free. The installer knew nothing about this!! It felt like the sales rep was trying to take advantage of us to make a bigger sale.
