The service was great. I called before 8am and they had a tech at my home within hours. They found a problem (bad A coil) that had been missed by two other companies. It wasnt good news, but they had it repaired quickly. The costs were the same as two other companies I called. Shortly after the A/C unit wasn't blowing cold again, but they came out immediately and things were resolved ASAP at no additional cost. They were professional each time I was in contact with them, both by phone and in person. I trust them and will use them again if necessary.

Service was excellent. My A/C chose to die on a June weekend when it was above 90 all weekend. I called the emergency number and Mike called back. He was very up front that it would likely be several hours before someone could come and about the higher rate for after-hours service, both of which were still very reasonable. The tech, Josh, arrived earlier than expected (and very kindly called ahead to ensure I was home) and quickly repaired the problem. Now my home is again comfortably cool and I'll definitely be using Carmona again!

The guys got here right on time, very conscientious and did a very professional job. Looks good and works great. Top quality product at a very reasonable price.

They are incredible. They are competitive, efficient, courteous, and they are not personality deficient. They are interesting to visit with while they are fixing stuff. I never have to call them back for the same problem, when it's fixed it's fixed. They are the first ones that come to mind, I recommend them highly.

I think I looked them up in the phone book. My air conditioning went out on July 4th and it was pretty hot. So I called a couple of other companies. No one could come out and service it. I got a hold of these folks, and they came out and checked it on July 4th. They came out the next day and installed a new unit. It was 105 degrees and July 4th was a holiday; but they came in and that's why I would recommend them. They were prompt and they showed up on a holiday. They were very efficient and good. They did a good job and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would use them again in the future and that's why I have their phone number.

My air conditioner stopped working and they were the only one available. Everybody else was going to take three to four days to come and do the work. Their service is very prompt. They are very efficient. Once they diagnosed the problem, they got the part replaced. I would definitely use their service in the future too.
