I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower and the new bathtub enclosure! The Mad City employees were very courteous and professional. They explained everything and answered all of my questions! Both jobs were done quickly, expertly, and they left no mess anywhere. I highly recommend Mad City for any bathroom updates! They earned 5 stars!

Very professional and finished sooner than I expected

The shower installation went very well. It was a two day project however it was done right and efficiently. The Installer was polite and friendly. I LOVE my new shower! I feel like I'm at a spa in a fancy hotel every time I take a shower. The staff was communicative, prompt, respectful, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Windows are expensive, no doubt about it! But so much better to have it done right than to deal with shoddy workmanship.

We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower! The process from getting an estimate through the installation was pleasant and smooth. Zach was our installer and was friendly, helpful in answering any questions that we had, and a hard and steady worker who got the job done right, in one day. The shower is beautiful and very functional with grab bars and a fold down shower seat. It’s a safety improvement we will appreciate for years! When I first contacted them, I sent a message on a Sunday. Within a couple minutes they called me and set up someone to come give me an estimate. The day of install was done very efficiently, in one day. Everyone was on time, everything was clean when finished. Very professional.
