All phases of this project were to our satisfaction. The sales person was prompt and thorough. A senior installer came to do the exact measurements before material was ordered. The installation crew was very professional and did an excellent job with little disruption. Cleanup and a final going over were great.

The guys from Mad City came in, got the job done and they cleaned up their area as well. They were punctual, polite and answered any and all of the questions that I had. The supervisor came on-site to observe and check in, and he was pretty nice as well and gave me additional information that I didn't know I needed. The outcome was wonderful, and I love my new bath tub and shower.

Mad City Windows and Bath installed a new walk in shower for us. They removed the old tub, replaced the walls, installed new fixtures and fit it for our bathroom. This was done in only one day. Our installer Matt was very polite, personable and very efficient. We love our new shower. No more stepping over the tub sidewall! Happy in Collinsville.

Aaron & Kyanne did an awesome job on my new windows I was a little concerned because I live in a 1974 Mobil home and thought they might have problems installing but they did the job like they had done a lot of old mobile homes before , everything went perfect , the job was scheduled for 2 days they got it done in 1 and everything looks great they had no trouble trimming the outside. I LOVE my new windows wish I had done it sooner.

The Mad City Windows install team was amazing. My window frames were very messed up from the previous windows, and the team did a great job of showing and explaining what the problem was. They then fixed it all at no extra cost. It did add a little more time to the install time frame, but they were up front about that once the issue was realized. There is still a little bit of a sticker shock at the price, but so far the 10 windows seem to be doing a good job. We're almost a month in, and I've noticed a reduction in outside noise coming in. I'm excited to see how they do against the Midwest winters. We had a bay window replaced with a flat window due to the amount of cold it was letting in.

The installation went smoothly and the installers were very considerate and precise. The front door was nearing 100 years old so the new door makes that house safer and beautiful.
