Our window was built exactly like we wanted. It fit like a glove in the hole where they removed our old leaking window. They checked for any bad wood and found every thing good. Our install crew we could not ask for better. Worked fast, accurate, and cleaned everything so good the wife's vacuum did not even pick anything up! LOL

Mad City replaced my bathtub and surround. I live in an old concrete building and had a cast-iron tub before. They handled the demolition quite well, and even though there was an issue with the window kit (the way they installed it trapped water in my ~5" deep window sill), they came to redo it free of charge and now the water doesn't get stuck. Their all-inclusive pricing and lifetime warranties also give me peace of mind.

I met our local MAD City Windows & Baths rep at the Lee County Fair here in beautiful downtown Sanford, NC. We needed a shower replacement for many months and I'd been putting it off, thinking that perhaps I could do it myself or have a local handyman help me. When the MAD City rep explained the completeness of how they did things, it changed my mind. When I realized that it was not going to cost as much as it could have, considering all of the repair work needed to the floor and plumbing, I decided to get an estimate. When the MAD City estimate man came by and gave us a very reasonable "to the penny" cost estimate, my wife and I discussed it and we decided that we need look no farther. The MAD City team arrived right on schedule on the selected day, got to work immediately, and had the job finished in just over six hours! We were floored at their efficiency, professional demeanor and friendliness. They left absolutely no mess behind and explained what we needed to do to keep our beautiful shower in tip-top shape. We are completely satisfied with the project and I'd recommend MAD City to anyone who needs such work.

Used Mad City to replace our bathtub. The team arrived promptly (30 mins earlier than expected, actually) and completed the work in 8 hours. The crew working on the bathroom was respectful of our home and did a great job. We are very happy with their work. Giving this a 4 star rating because the experience with the sales team was uncomfortable. It’s very sales-driven, like you are buying a car, and after a while it seemed they weren’t going to leave our home until they sold us a new tub. They got the price down to something we could agree on, where we did end up going forward with the sale. This was consistent with other reviews we saw, so wasn’t that surprised. But it was uncomfortable to say the least and would make me reconsider using them for future projects.

We had a great experience with Mad City from start to finish. The installation went smooth and the Mad City employees who installed did a great job. They were also very kind and patient with our young son who had lots of questions. Very happy with the service and product!

David did a great job. When there was a small issue, he came back and fixed it right away. The project only took two days and we love using our new bathtub/shower.

Mad City took out our bath tub and replaced it with a walk in shower. This is our second bathroom completed by them. Jacob Druid was the installer on the second one and completed the job in an excellent manner. Jacob was very pleasant and answered any questions we had. The product (windows) and installers far exceeded our expectations. Showed up on time, introduced themselves, gave a rundown of what we could expect, and got right to work. Quin and Brian were very affable and made sure there was no disruption to our day. The 13 window project was accomplished in one day! I can offer nothing but compliments.

The installer Joe was amazing, One man one day remove and instill a walk in shower. When you get quotes be sure to get the best price. They start at the highest and you need to get what you can afford. Be mindful they always quote highest and best product.
