"Thank you for taking your time to leave this review. We appreciate it! Our service call does cover our expenses to come to your home. This allows us to only charge for the time that you use as opposed to hourly minimums that can be unfair to customers who just use 15 min of the next hour. Our extended service call (anywhere outside of Shawnee County where we are located) is $100.00. With the Angie's List Discount customers outside of Shawnee County actually pay less than our regular service call rate of $80.00"

"It is unfortunate when we do not meet a customer's expectations. That certainly is not our goal. Drain cleaning is not an exact science unless we can see what is there. This home owner was told on a previous drain cleaning service call (no camera work) that there were significant root intrusions at 60' and 90' some roots were pulled back with the cable but to know the extent of the root intrusion would require visualization with the camera. On the second service call he was only charged the nominal service call and not charged for any labor. He chose not to proceed. The sewer was draining, albeit slowly, when we left. In order to clear a root intruded sewer thoroughly takes time and budgetary concerns sometimes trump that. This home owner has a failing sewer. Our apologies."
