Logan told us they would clean our existing gutters. They only cleaned the inside not the outside. He also stated they the majority of the staff is veterans. Our crew was all Mexicans and only one could speak English. I felt he lied about a lot of things to get the sale. Price started out over $7,000 we ended up paying a little over $2,300. Makes you wonder if he could have given me That price up front. The crew blocked our driveway and I had to ask them to move so I could leave. They were quick with getting the job done but I have doubts of recommending them.

The representative was friendly and respectful as she worked up a plan with me. The crew came the following day, and did a great job installing the gutters.

They completed the project but was not very good at clean up afterwards.

David sat down with us and told us everything that would happen and what would be the best for our house and budget. He was very professional and very personal. The two that put the gutters and LeafFilter covers on the gutters were very professional as well. They were very quick at doing what they needed to do and got done faster than was allotted. From the time that we met David to the time the gutters were up and they were gone was less than 24 hours. I would go with them again, but there is no need on the main home.

Two individuals arrived and cleaned the gutters. Approximately 200 linear feet on a two story house. After 1.5 hours maximum work, with no structural gutter repair work being performed, or mentioned, they informed me they were finished, prepared to leave, and asked for payment in full of $2,689.00. I informed them that I would pay the next crew after they completed all the structural gutter repair work. They then told me all the work was completed. When I still refused to pay, they called their supervisor. After a while, they asked me to speak with their supervisor. He told me the workers had also sealed the inside of the gutters and demanded full payment because all work had been completed. I told him I would not pay $2,600 for only 1.5 hours of labor involving gutter cleaning and sealing. The LeafFilters representative became angry and asked to speak with his workers again. After a while, they walked around the house looking up at the gutters. They said they could finish the job before they left, but couldn't explain exactly what they would do to finish the job! I asked to speak with their supervisor who appeared to be angry that I did not want them to do the additional repair work, for which they did not appear to be knowledgable or qualified. I offered to immediately pay LeafFilters a reasonable amount for the cleaning and "alleged" sealing of the gutters. I asked if a LeafFilters representative could stop by, to prepare a new contract for actual work performed, and I would pay the new amount in full. He said he he would get back to me, but I have not heard from the company since around noon yesterday. Following this final conversation between LeafFiters and me, the workers finally left. This is who I wanted out of the gate for gutters. By their own admission, they tend to be pricey, and they are. However, they have the best product. They are very professional in their demeanor. Their results are superb. You will not be disappointed.
