This is the second time we used leaffilter for gutters. We had previously had an ok experience with them, so to stay consistent, we used them again to install gutters on the rest of our house. For the positives: the gutters are nice, and we had the benefit of seeing what they could do when it rained a couple of days later. The concerns: the pricing was on the expensive side, compared to other companies. Also, when we tried to contact the company just to get a copy of the agreement showing the work being done, because the sales person did not leave it with us, no one could help. We kept getting the run around, and when we got ahold of someone and they said they would email the information, we did not receive it. I finally was able to get in contact with the original salesperson, and he provided the contract. Lastly, the actual installers added 2 extra downspouts to our gutter run. Now you may think, more downspouts, even better no, what happened when it rained was water was deposited on the side so close to our home, the water started to backup there and almost flooded the area. To their credit, when we called, someone came out and removed it and capped the area, but it was weird that we were told one thing, and another thing happened instead.

Jesse Trent was knowledgeable, patient and responsive. This experience was quick and painless. We got a great quote on a Friday and an install on Tuesday. The installers were also nice and knowledgeable. They did a good job cleaning up after the work.

Buyer Beware! I just got my gutter filters installed. I didn't watch the installer but let him do his job. After the job was done, while riding away from my home, I looked back to see what it looked like. My gutters are brown and they had installed cream color filters. It looked like a bad paint job and very visible. I was shocked that I wasn't told they don't make brown filters. I've called the office on 3 different occasions to have a manager call me. No one has called me. Today one of the installers, Erick stopped by and told me that it didn't look that bad, that if we can lay them lower in the gutter, they wouldn't be so visible. If they do that, there will be more holes for the new screws to fasten to the gutters. I'm so unhappy, These are not cheap gutter filters. A company this big should be able to have different color filters. The installer cleaned up the debris from my yard and put it in my garbage can without my permission.

Leaf filter installed gutters and facia on my house but did not install the facia completely per contract. I have a tong and grove style facia that holds the soffit. The facia they installed was not cut right making them bow out from the bottom because it would not mate to the soffit correctly. Per contract they were to install 10? of the facia from each corner but only did less than 3?. I found them on Angi thinking they were going to be a reputable company. I had to make a complaint with Angi. For the past month I have been trying to get them back out with no response from them but only when I made a complaint did, they come out to redo the job. I still had to pay someone else to finish the facia, saying they do not paint and fill in the gaps.

Job booked for next day. They installed new gutters and downspouts. The job took 4 hours They showed up on time and the finished job was excellent I would hire them again Virginia

Excellent job. Gutters havent clogged since installation. In fact leaves or sticks dont even stay on the leaf filter surface. No fuss, no muss. Most importantly, NO CLIMBING UP A LADDER ONTO THE ROOF TO CLEAR GUTTERS ANYLONGER!
