The next appointment Mike came and did the installation and after letting the unit run for several hours there was nothing leaking.  Mike also adjusted my blower speed back to the factory recommended setting and now the unit is cooling all 3 floors of my home like it was intended to do.  
I will definitely use this Company for all my checks and service going forward.  Just really nice people to do business with and I'm thankful that I found them through Angie's List.

"Initial estimate was scheduled with no problem, they took the time to answer all the questions I had about the furnace replacement. I received estimated from 6 other HVAC companies and American Family was basically the lowest, but I also felt comfortable with the level of knowledge and experience that was conveyed at the estimate. I scheduled the install and was a bit disappointed that the installers did not show until 10 am or so, but that was not a big problem as I had assumed the job would take all day. The job took longer than expected (past 7pm) and the installer wound up having to replace an entire part of the intake duct work that he did not expect to, but in the end the unit and ductwork looked clean and sturdy and well intalled.
