"Excellent service from my first call to Hope and then Linda who explained in complete detail what would be required to service my air conditioner and the cost. The servicemen, Branden and Jose, were very professional and went over my HVAC unit completely. The only access to the unit’s condenser coil is from the outside which needed to be cleaned/hosed down. I’m in a 3rd floor condo which requires an extension ladder to reach. Most HVAC service will not go any higher than 25 feet but the Shavitz servicemen had no problem reaching my unit which is approximately 35 feet up. Price for the service was a little higher than I expected but I fully understand after observing the work done. I will highly recommend Shavitz to others in my condo building including our building manager and also anyone who is in need of HVAC service.
