"Excellent service from my first call to Hope and then Linda who explained in complete detail what would be required to service my air conditioner and the cost. The servicemen, Branden and Jose, were very professional and went over my HVAC unit completely. The only access to the unit’s condenser coil is from the outside which needed to be cleaned/hosed down. I’m in a 3rd floor condo which requires an extension ladder to reach. Most HVAC service will not go any higher than 25 feet but the Shavitz servicemen had no problem reaching my unit which is approximately 35 feet up. Price for the service was a little higher than I expected but I fully understand after observing the work done. I will highly recommend Shavitz to others in my condo building including our building manager and also anyone who is in need of HVAC service. Great service from my initial call thru service completion."

I sent an email to Home Comfort Systems, who we have been using for heating and cooling service, because it was a Sunday not expecting to hear back until Monday. Within a half hour I received a call from Steve the owner. I told him what was going on. He gave me an estimate over the phone. About an hour later he called back and asked to come over and look at my current system. I said that was fine. He came by looked things over and confirmed his estimate. He gave me information on the unit that he would install and said that it could be done on Tues. morning. Tuesday morning the crew showed up (Rich and Mike). They were courteous and efficient. They removed the old equipment and installed the new and had everything cleaned up and the new system running within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work."

"The contractor was very nice and explained everything to me about the functioning of the HVAC unit. Also advised that I change the igniter every 5 years. He showed me that the existing igniter was turning white in color, which is not good and causes most of the HVAC units to stop working. He gave me valuable tips on doing preventive maintenance and what to do if I ever see smoke from the unit. I will certainly call them for future servicing appointments. I feel very satisfied and safe knowing that they will work on my HVAC unit in the future.

"JML did a great job replacing a cracked portion of a condensate line in my attic. The cracked PVC was up in the attic which is in a tight spot. Derek showed up the next day after I called and went up into the attic found the crack and replaced the pipe in a hour. There was only professionalism from him despite having to be in a hot tight attic digging through insulation for a hour replacing this condensate line. I would definitely hire this company again for any HVAC / Water Heater needs."
