In May of 2021, CR Mechanical replaced our HVAC equipment (furnace and AC), and installed a new air scrubber and an ecobee thermostat. We were very satisfied with their work (exceeded expectations), and Craig is an excellent installer (that was most important to us). The ecobee was defective out of the box, and he reinstalled our old thermostat and was back the next day (as promised) to install a replacement ecobee. Everything works great.

From beginning to end CR replaced my aging ac unit with Unparalleled profession. New unit looks and performs flawless.

Did hook up my humidifier correct with my nest thermostat, that disconnected my air cycler and didnt say Anything. Poor work quality and knowledge of how to hook up a aprilaire 700 with a nest.

Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner was done. We were so impressed with the professionalism and follow through of the CR Mechanical team. Rick contacted us promptly and advised us of our options and his recommendations for our project. We did some additional homework and decided to hire CR Mechanical. Craig arrived on schedule and installed the furnace and did some additional pipe work the first day. On the second day, the AC was installed on the new compressor was relocated to a new area that we had discussed. The job was completed as agreed with efficiency and neatness. I would recommend CR Mechanical with hesitation.

Rick came to my home and gave us a proposal to remove and replace our old furnace and electric water heater. His cost was more than fair. Craig came early on the scheduled day. In no time he had the old equipment removed. The new equipment installations were all completed the same day. My experiance with C.R. Mechanical Services was better than expected. Rick and Craig were both friendly and professional through-out the whole project. I will highly recommend them for anyone in need of a HVAC contractor.

Rick, CR Mechanicals, is OUTSTANDING and AWESOME! I needed a dryer vent connected to the outside wall replaced with a new dryer vent so that my new Samsung gas dryer could be installed. Best Buy would not install it to existing dryer vent and said I needed to have it replaced. It was a tricky and complicated situation. Rick came yesterday afternoon, did an excellent job and then connected my new gas dryer. Rick was very concerned about my needs and safety. Rick provided an exact cost estimate and did the work as promised. I cannot thank him enough since I had been without a working dryer for over 2 weeks and making trips to the laundromat. This morning we are having a huge blizzard with over 12 inches of snow and are homebound now. Rick is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. He even contacted me this morning to check if everything was okay. Do not even hesitate to call Rick with your homeowner needs! I highly recommend CR Mechanicals. If there were 10 stars, I would have selected that for Rick and CR Mechanicals.

Rick came in with the cheapest estimate and completed the job the following day. I was really pleased with his work and he left the place clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend him.

Rick is so knowledgeable about his business and is honest and open.He is very professional yet helpful and I am so glad we chose his company to install our new HVAC system. First time using them and they were open, honest and informative. I fully expected a much bigger expense, but Rick provided me with the options I had and told me what he'd do if it was his house. They provided a thorough HVAC consultation, listened to and answered my questions, and proposed a great new system at an unbeatable price. Rick and Craig just finished the installation today - right on time and right on schedule - and were friendly and professional through it all.
