We have used Air Rite 18 years. They maintain the three furnaces, three A/C units, and a boiler used for radiant heat, that they installed when we built our house. They do good work and will.answer all questions we may have.

Air-Rite performed the routine A/C inspection that is part of their annual service contract. Although we had a different technician (Steve) from prior visits, he was up-to-speed on our unit. As promised, they gave a "we're coming" call and arrived within the given service time range. He worked quickly and thoroughly including putting up with several questions I had regarding new technology and other miscellaneous issues. Most importantly, while working outside, he raised a concern with a gas odor he was smelling (which we had yet to detect) and suggested we call the gas company who ultimately came out and did in fact need to provide some repair to address what was a minor leak. Service went great, especially with the bonus of catching what could have been an even greater issue unrelated to the A/C.

My old 90% single-stage furnace failed on Dec 1. I already had a quote from Air-Rite as well as experience with their services, so I confirmed the purchase of a new 120K BTU, 95% Carrier single-stage with Air-Rite. They installed the new furnace the following morning, took away the old one, and thoroughly cleaned up. I did not have to make changes to the air conditioning units or the humidifier. The system has been running for a week with no glitches. I can't wait to see the impact on my utility bills. The total cost of the replacement was under $3500 after rebates and energy credits. There were no add-on charges to the original quote. Air-Rite's 5 people involved were all very professional, friendly and went above-and-beyond to make sure my system was installed quickly and every detail was taken care of. They explained everything in detail about the equipment and process. They arrived on time and took care to put down tarps, shoe covers, masks... looks perfect and works great.

They came and checked on the furnace, they suggested that we need to replace the furnace, for the inspection they charge a very fair reasonable price, the price for the inspection will be deductible from the furnace installation price.

Leo was great. He was on time, professional and left things clean. My furnace has been quieter since his maintenances it. I am truly grateful for that.
