"My simple advice is to ask for all costs upfront in writing. This was a two day job, but it should have been a one day job, I will get into that later. The repair was fine but the communication and billing was unacceptable. I was told by the technician in the field that the $179 Service charge would be credited to the final bill, which is what I am used to with other service comanies like plumbers. Because of that I agreed to the work. I was then surprised to see the service charge on my final bill as well as a $50 extra deposit fee. I called the office and they said that they never credit the service charge, perhaps it was a miscommunication error, and that they would correct the extra deposit fee. But there was no accountability or responsibility for their uniformed field tech who essentially lied to me. I feel it was dishonest and a bad business practice to not offer any kind of discount for their mistake. They also showed up the first day and then went to the warehouse to get the part but came back with the wrong part. They then had to reschedule for the following week because it was 3pm on Friday and the warehouse was now closed and they couldn't get the part until later. They offered to do the work over the weekend but that would incur overtime charges. I told them I would not pay overtime charges for a mistake they made getting the wrong part. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the company and would not recommend them."

"I had some backup into the basement, they came to rod it out and told me I needed to check the line going to the street and they could come back for a video check. Well they said they came back and took the video and I needed some expensive work to clear the line. I called to ask them for the video, they said that they'd have someone call me back. They called me back and said that there was no video, their worker didn't put in a USB drive and besides they said I didn't ask for one. What did they expect I was asking for??? I said I expected and wanted a video, how do I know they even really performed the work. They said they would call me back. THEY DIDN'T. I called them back, they again said they'd call me. Again no call. The last time they told me, the owner was on another call but would definitely call me back. One week later NO CALLBACK. I firmly believe they didn't do a video, charged me for one and took me for a sucker. I will NEVER use this company again. I think they are crooks. P.S. Ever since they rodded the drain one of my toilets started have trouble flushing. I won't doubt they messed it up so they could come back again for more money. DO NOT USE. P.P.S.
