Dwayne Pxxxxx is professional, experienced technician. I think he's The Best, sofar I had from G and R. Very knowledgeable, experienced, cleaned the AC unit outside as part of the tune up. Explained the condition of the unit, gave me suggestions on our thermostat. Thank you Dwayne.

There was change required in ac capacitor which cost $5-$10 and person who can for annual tuneup already removed bad parts and having new part and just to put part he was asking $289 through he could have put new one and take cost of part only but this company was asking too much price from customer which does not make sense
