"The unit is very old and it's not worth fixing as it needs to be replaced. The technician was very knowledgeable and informed me of my options. "Vinny came over to my home the same day to give an estimate as I needed to replace my exisiting humidifier. I already knew it wasnt working and super old so best to replace it. He explained everything to me when looking at my furnace room. Explained the different size and efficiency of the various models I could use with the size of my home.
