Prompt response to messages and arrived at the arranged time. Since our job wasnâ t urgent, we worked with Vinny on rescheduling the job when the first window of arrival time was not doable due to a previous job running late. Very pleasant to work with.

They were extremely fast in contacting me and were able to come take a look at my A/C issue the same day - and to squeeze me in for a repair the next day, even though they were busy. The guys who came out worked quickly, were very professional, and did a good job of explaining the work that they did to me. Will likely hire for furnace work in the future.

Very enthusiastic, positive, and helpful. Went out to solve the problem right after I called. Went out of their way to be extra helpful. Our tenants were very happy with their experience with Preferred. (The first guy I called was going to charge 2x as much for the trip charge and I felt like I was trying to twist his arm to take the work.) Glad I tried these guys!
