"Mike and his staff were excellent.  He made a late service call to our house, fitting it around our work schedules.  He brought a huge variety of carpet and padding samples and provided an honest assessment of the qualities for each.  He provided prices per square foot for each level, but I felt no pressure from him for a "big sale" (at one point, he even talked me out of spending extra!).  His installers, led by Carlos, were fantastic.  They were punctual, pleasant and professional.  The entire job was done in about 5 hours, which included them moving, then replacing, all the furniture upstairs and in the living room, tearing out the old carpet and padding and placing the new.  Carlos even went above and beyond when he noted a missing piece of molding along our floor, and after I ran out to Home Depot and bought a match, he quickly cut it to size and placed it (I had told him not to worry about it, but it was important to him that the job be done perfectly, and he correctly believed the missing molding would make the carpet look bad!).

All around, from sales to installation to follow up, Mr. Carpet was fantastic.  I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend."
