Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. "The price was right. However, the techs are not a thorough as Custom Air. They were OK. So, I got my AC maintenance today, and the tech was excellent. So, the issue for LPAC is they are variable. Also, the tech told me NOT to put chlorine in the water drain line. This can cause issues with the radiator, which is near the drain. Chlorine interacts with aluminum, and can cause leaks! Yikes! I am required to put a will hire again, and I said yes. However, I am on the fence. I will see when the maintenance plan ends."
