Service was good. Even with parts warranty the repair still cost $1198. These labor charges are still very expensive.

Velocity technician Brandon did a complete inspection and was able to quickly get thw old unit working. Richard returned the next day to complete the installation. It was quick, thorough and cleaned up nicely. He knows his job very well.

While Velocity was not our first choice, we were able to work with the team to get everything that was needed, in record time, and at 1/2 the cost of the other quotes received. The team was courteous, professional, and conscious of the fact that we have animals in the home. They were here for about 1/2 the day and my home was cleaner when they left than when the job was started. When a discrepancy was found in the work done vs. what was charged, the owner immediately apologized and sent the team back on our schedule to take care of it. I would definitely recommend Velocity!

On the weekend, my 20 yr old central AC on a vacant rental property was on it's last legs, and finally broke down for good during flooring construction in the middle of the heat of summer. Velocity Air was able to have a tech out within an hour of calling on the weekend to diagnose the issue, when others needed me to wait until Monday. Velocity Air replaced the entire system the very next day, with a brand new high quality (Runtru by Trane) AC unit. They even resurfaced the wooden support base a solid pressure treated plywood base. I couldn't have asked for quicker, professional and friendly service. Thank you!

Bill, Tyler, Jessica, Justin, BBB, Chamber of Commerce Google Army 7/11/2025 Service Tech arrived at 6:07 PM, was apologetic for being late and said he would have our ac working soon. 7:14 PM Installed replaced Freon and tested. (Cleared the drain again, also ?lol) After over the month of June and 11 days of July the AC seems to be working fine, for the moment. The Bill; Ruud covered the replacement part and the replacement Freon. 1 Hour and 7 minutes of work, $990.40!!! Over $900.00 an hour!! $900!!! $15.00 a minute!! I am putting this up as a warning! I do not know how they can get away with this. I paid, But! I will not go silently. I also saved money, I bought their service plan. (LOL) This will be posted everywhere. Imagine what they charge people that have no voice. Your parents, your Grandma & Grandpa, the elderly, I can only imagine. Note: I sent this to Velocity Air C/O Bill & Tyler Owners, Jessica Manager, Justin Manager and received no reply.

Diagnosis of the problem was not complete. I was told the compressor failed and ended up replacing the unit. However, within hours of the new install, it is blowing hot air and the problem had to be addressed very late in the evening. It was then found to have a gas leak that was supposedly in an area of pre-existing pipe and that the thermostat was bad. Ironic how they reported the thermostat was working upon completing the new install, however. While I appreciate the Technician addressing the issue in the middle of the night, I don?t appreciate the failure of diagnosing the issue in the first place.

They subcontract all their work out and needless to say will ruin your whole HVAC system. The owner William Tyler Snyder III is a scam artist who will perform the work and leave you high and dry when the system begins to fall apart. He also owns a solar company and is now scamming the government. Would have given a ZERO but the review requires a one star minimally. I hope you pay all your taxes because you like to rob the innocent and the IRS will be looking in to you! I have been in contact with several of the previous customers who have been scammed on this site. There will be a class action lawsuit being started here soon. I gave this alleged business owner every opportunity to do the right thing.

My air conditioner broke down 2 days after my moving in. The company was very good and stayed until after dark to finish the installation.

Great job, on time and fair price

Velocity Air owner, Tyler, and service rep, Brandon were excellent. The AC technicians came on time, and next day to repair air compressor that was destroyed in the hurricane. When a safety feature caused a further problem over this past weekend, Tyler had a technician come and repair the issue within 30minutes, and than did a follow-up text to confirm the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Velocity Air.

My understanding is that the owner passed away and the business is closed.

COMPLETE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITH HEAT PUMP. AND AIR HANDLER. VERY PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATOR,CAME ON TIME, THE NEXT DAY 2 TRAINED Technicians,Austin and Terry came at the time scheduled. Clearly they knew what they were doing. We were kept informed in the process of the installation the whole time. When the new thermostat was installed,we were shown how to operate it,which is very helpful. Austin and Terry were very personable,kind and polite. I would definitely hire this company again. Did what I asked for

Do not hire this company as I did. Paid $8,000 For the unit and it is not even 2 years old. Have had to replace the coils and fan motor and paid over $900 to replace coils just for labor and $450 labor for the fan motor. They have been out numerous times as the unit stops working and says that this is just the way it works and it is normal for air conditioners to do this as they get clogged up and I can go up into the attic myself and keep the lines open with a shop vac. I am 74 years old. They are a very deceptive company and should not be trusted Kathleen Phillips
