Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. Greg was unable, after several attempts and options, to get our unit back up and running. He stayed with us while he reached out to Madison in sales, which was after their normal business hours, and Madison was immediately able to quote us a new unit, get us financing and schedule us for delivery and installation the next day. Anthony's installation team, Edwin & Robert, were at our home just shortly after 8 am. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were also considerate of our lawn in not damaging it due to the heat & the size of the HVAC. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and they stayed to make sure the unit was working and our home was cooling down.
