Showed him a problem we were having and he immediately identified the cause and recommended corrective action and performed that corrective action while he was here. It's been two months since service was performed, and have not had a recurrence of air duct problem. "Our AC stopped working late in the afternoon. We called Anthony's and they had a technician out to our home before 5:30 pm. Greg was unable, after several attempts and options, to get our unit back up and running. He stayed with us while he reached out to Madison in sales, which was after their normal business hours, and Madison was immediately able to quote us a new unit, get us financing and schedule us for delivery and installation the next day. Anthony's installation team, Edwin & Robert, were at our home just shortly after 8 am. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
