"Henry was punctual and diagnosed the problem right away. We agreed on a price and he replaced my burned out pool pump promptly. Very knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommended."
"I’m writing this review because this company did not do a good job, they did a GREAT job. Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? If you are looking for an excellent pool company that has ethics and morals look no further than Tropical Pools of Central Florida."
"After a very long and frustrating search for finding a decent pool company I finally hit a home run finding Mannys pools. Actually sends an exact appointment date and time and sticks to it! they did an amazing job cleaning my pool. very relieved to have a reliable pool company that I trust. Thank you manny"
"Cam Project did a great jobs with our beautiful pool. They were engaged in the project and every detail was carried out with perfection. Thank you for the great experience and the beautiful pool!!"
"The owner (Leslie) calls me personally to explain complicated pool maintenance options and simple cost controls for my Sarasota County Rentals. She is refreshingly honest and really is more of a valued partner now than just a pool vendor. If she managed rental properties I would be her first customer. You can spend more elsewhere but you won’t get more value... Robert Davies - Osprey, Florida"
"I interviewed a couple of companies for this job. My pool had been in the ground for 30 years, its 25,000gallons. The plaster was coming off and had several leaks as well as a skimmer that become dislodged. Doug was prompt, exact and one of the BEST people I have met in the industry. Within 2 weeks of draining pool a new travatine tile pool deck and outdoor kitchen, new fountains and a pebble tec finish with 5g light show at a price that was fair. His total crew of hired sub's to his own office crew made it fun to do this project. If i needed to talk to Doug...5 mins and he was calling me back. I would recommend this company to any looking for a professional in St. Petersburg."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts
Soil testers and licensed excavators are often the professionals you hire if you need a perc test. In some cases, structural engineers will also be able to conduct the test for you. In many municipalities, you’ll need your professional on-site to dig and fill the holes with water, as well as a representative from your local building department or health department. That representative is the individual who will determine whether your test passes or fails.
Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.
While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.
If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.
Construction typically takes 3-6 months, including site preparation and assembly.
