I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. "Craig was wonderful! I called him on the off chance he was available to come out for a roof leak during a long stretch of horrible wind and rain. He returned my call within 10 min and made time to come out to my house because he happened to be in the area. He examined my roof where the leak was and determined that the roof wasn't the problem, but the grout in our chimney. He then proceeded to inspect the rest of our roof, showed me a few spots that would need to be repaired in the future and even told me how to fix a simple problem myself and how to wrap my chimney until a mason could come out.
