"The scheduling was extremely easy and fast - they were scheduled the same week I contacted them. They arrive within the window stated and completed the job in the same window. The gentlemen were very professional and curious, leaving my fireplace cleaner than when they arrived. The chimney was extremely dirty with soot and they cleaned it out and it now draws better than ever before. They did recommend one fix to the fireplace which we will do if we decide to keep the wood-burning fireplace and not replace it with gas (which we are considering). "The installation was completed in a single day. The workers were courteous and conscience. They did make a bit  of a mess of my attic insulation where the drain lines were routed, but they missed putting it back after putting in a pretty long day and that was a relatively easy for me to fix. The workers took the time to give a basic operating instructions for the thermostat.

After the installation there have been problems with the furnace. Phoenix has been very active in followup service calls in trying to get to the root of the problem, including bringing in manufacturer service personnel. The problem with the furnace is not related to installation by Phoenix. It seems clear there is some kind of defect in the furnace itself that has been difficult to locate and resolve. I appreciate the persistence of Nick in getting this resolved. There have been at least 10 visits by Phoenix personnel, mostly Nick, in working on this problem."

"We are pleased with the work that J&R Rockscapes did for us - the patio is great.  They were willing to work with us and use the rock we had already purchased and around a few imperfections in the job we started.  The patio looks good; rock spacing is good and the overall pattern is good.  There are two landings on the patio and the grout on the lower one set up great.  The upper one had some cracks/imperfections and we were worried we would have freeze/thaw problems.  They came back out and fixed all the spots we identified without question.  They were good with communications.
We got several quotes and J&R Rockscapes was in the mid-range (I did not trust the low bidders) - so I consider this a value - good job for mid-range price.  We had a few challenges with schedule - they were backed up on another job so were delayed starting and they worked shorter days (in the summer heat) so others may have done it quicker.  Time was not critical to us, and they worked independently and steadily and we now have a nice patio.  I would recommend them and use them again on another job.

"It went great and it's good to see the fence standing again.  Kairos was responsible, hard-working, efficient, and picked up their work area.  I am very pleased with the work that was completed and it was done for a reasonable price.  I was glad I was able to hire Kairos - it was a fluke that thhey came out this far from their service area, but I'm very glad they did.  I felt that I received the service I paid for, which was labor for fence repair.  If there is a next time, I'll have some pickets available to catch the couple that we all missed seeing.
