"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. "Ray and Jacob came right out, quickly diagnosed my problem, and did exactly what they needed to fix it permanently. Super competent and really nice guys (Go Seahawks!). Ray also did a full inspection of my crawl space and attic for free as he knew I was planning to put the house on the market. Ray is certified for both mold and pest control and does not mind getting dirty to do a thorough inspection. I would give ten stars if I could!"

"They were very responsive up front and scheduled the work quickly. Arrived on the day and helped us complete some other work at no additional charge while waiting for cement to arrive. Unfortunatley one of the workers walked across the patio and left mud boot marks that will not come out. We attempted to contact Sam multiple times however, after the first time he answered via text he stoped responding and never came out to address the issue. We are now stuck with permanent boot marks in our patio. They also requested to be paid in full up front but backed off when we offered to put half down. Otherwise we were pretty happy with the work but very disappointed that they did not respond or even come by to see if there was anything they could do to help fix the issue."
