Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. We are very happy with how professional, accurate, and timely they performed the job. We'd definitely hire them again."

"When the tech came to install on Oct. 9, it turned out that the wrong size door had been ordered. So he left and our installation date moved to Nov. 18. Vasiliy came and did a good job installing the new garage door. The only beef I have is that the sales rep, Mike, did the math wrong on our sales contract.
