Professional, friendly, no-nonsense crew, helpful, with a complete customer focus, absolutely no 'up-selling' and going beyond what was asked for. These are the qualities that I was afforded by this top-notch company. Usually even a good experience will have some aspect where you say to yourself, 'well, they could have done that part just a little bit better'. Not with these guys. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I had Three Tree replace my roof 3 years ago and they did a great job. But what really blew me away is that during a kitchen remodel this year we discovered some water damage in a section of roof. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. Matt and the entire team were fast and professional. A lot of companies say they stand behind their work but Three Tree puts their money where their mouth is. I'd highly recommend them."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "I'm so pleased with this entire experience it is almost difficult to know where to begin. Curtis, the owner, arrived on time for our appointment, spending as much time as necessary to answer my question and educate me on all of my choices. He then tailored the job to match my requests and code requirements, while keeping an eye on my insurance adjuster's estimate. This helped ensure a smooth process for me financially, which I appreciate. The roofing materials were delivered the day before start day and properly staged on the roof.
