"Over the years I have had a number of different contractors and people that have done a variety of different things at my house and have rarely been satisfied and had just about given up hope that honest companies that operate with integrity and believe in doing quality work and providing good service actually existed , then I found Northern Pacific Exteriors. A neighbor recommended them and I knew right from the beginning they were different . The line of communication was exceptional . They answered all our questions , kept us informed during every stage of the process and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Even when I had a problem with the permit they had it fixed within an hour. I'm rarely wowed by a company but I could sum up me experience in one word WOW. I would highly recommend Norther Pacific Exteriors for any exterior housing need you may have I'm sure you'll be very happy.

We received 3 bids for a 50-year, CertainTeed roof and skylights on 4 buildings and siding repair. NPE had the lowest bid. They provided excellent workmanship, cleaned the job every day and treated us well. We enjoyed the friendly crew, especially Abel, the team leader. NPE kept prices low for several differing site conditions. We would hire them again.

The people are amazing & caring. Not only did they win the bid, but I was in the middle of a critical family emergency the entire duration of my roof being replaced. The level of care Northern Pacific Exteriors provided was beyond roofing. They accommodated my schedule to the best of their ability each day when I had to visit my loved one in the ICU. They gave me daily updates and provided me with any questions they had to ensure I was 100% happy with the end results, down to every detail. During these communications, there were several emails and phone calls that ended with loving support & prayers for the best outcome, including a team member even offering her Reiki services for his health & healing! Now around 8 months later, he is doing amazing thru his recovery process and even exceeding doctors expectations! We highly recommend Northern Pacific Exteriors for the quality workmanship, attention to detail, follow-through, and daily cleanup they did replacing our old wood shake roof with top-quality composition shingles. Our roof is complicated and has a steep pitch that made the work difficult and required extra care to flashing around chimneys, pipes, and valleys between sections. At the end of each day the workers cleaned up all old materials and used a magnet to pickup nails and staples. The quality of work was excellent in every detail. Especially appreciated was the friendly and quick response of the NPE office to all of our questions and concerns.

It is hard to believe that it has been almost three years since Northern Pacific Exteriors completed our full house siding project. I’d like to offer a long-term review now that we’ve had a few years to live with the results. It is hard to believe, but I think I’m even happier with the quality of the work now than I was when they wrapped up the job. The house looks as good as it did when they pulled out of the driveway for the last time. I literally have nothing that doesn’t look right about the job after three years of living with it. The work still looks new. Northern Pacific Exteriors is the contractor we all hope we find, especially for big-ticket projects that require highly skilled crews. Superb attention to detail. Every promise was kept. Easy to work with. Fair pricing. Kept to the schedule and showed up with a full crew everyday. Left the job site clean. We got eight quotes for our windows and siding project when we decided on Northern Pacific Exteriors. Mark made an immediate impression of someone who takes pride in his work. The things that really stood out to us were they use actual trained and certified employees rather than random subcontractors, they gave us a realistic timeline for project completion, and their service warranty was straightforward and reasonable. Everyone who worked on our project was excellent. They noticed a couple windows arrived scratched and ordered replacements immediately. If something didn't look right, they fixed it without us having to say anything. Michelle and Stephanie stayed in constant communication with us throughout the project. When everything was done, Mark and Ben came out a couple times to ensure that everything settled right and we were happy with the results. We were so pleased we had them replace our roof as well. I have been recommending this company to anyone who will listen.

This crew was amazing. We had a big two week project to re-roof a historic home and Net Shed on the Gig Harbor waterfront. It was essential to get it right and preserve this beautiful property. The NP crew showed up every day on-time and worked HARD for two weeks. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left the job site looking clean. The work was fantastic and we are really glad we chose NP o do the work.

We hired NPE to replace our roof. I also hired them a year ago to replace the siding with Hardie Plank, so we are repeat customers. The roof is a 50 year roof and was built to increase the airflow through the attic so it will not get so hot upstairs in the summer. NPE only uses superior products in their construction projects and the roof is absolutely beautiful. Having a fifty-year roof, and also the residing of the house, will be great selling points when, if, we decide to sell. NPE works with the customer and puts them first. A few changes came up during the process and NPE managed the changes without any hassle. NPE hires its own employees so you don't have to worry about subcontractors that have no vested interest in the company. Their workers are all very nice. and very professional and extremely hard workers. I would hire NPE again in a second and will probably hire them in the future for projects as they arise. If you hire NPE you won't be disappointed!

A very positive customer service experience. From the first call, staff were polite, professional, and asked detailed questions. Kurt, in particular, was very helpful. During his on-site estimate he was very thorough in going over NPE's process, presenting us with different options for our new roof, and following up that same day with a written estimate. He was also responsive to several follow-up emails we sent. We obtained several bids and NPE's prices were competitive. In the end we went with another roofer but only because they were a referral from a friend who had direct experience using them. If we had another roofing or siding project in the future, we would definitely consider NPE.

We just completed a major interior remodel of home and were preparing to have the exterior painted. Unfortunately, the previous owners had not maintained the home and it was necessary to side over the existing solid cedar logs. As we previously were custom home builders, we knew this was not an easy re-siding project. Fortunately we met Mark from Northern Pacific Exteriors (NPE) and he explained in detail their complete job process and the level of workmanship we could expect. He also had his Construction Foreman, Ben, meet with us to discuss the unusual construction of our home and to elevate any concerns we had. Based on our positive discussions, we hired NPE to side and re-roof our home. The team at NPE provided us with detailed information about our two projects, kept us informed of scheduling, deliveries and the work that would be completed. Each of the foreman on site were easily approachable for questions and concerns. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The crew were courteous, respectful of our property, always on time, and made sure to keep a neat and safe workplace. All the employees of NPE take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. This project turned out better than our expectations and our home is now beautiful. From the first contact we had with NPE to the last, they have always been very professional. When we met with Mark and Kurt to discuss our needs and what they offer they were knowledgeable and honest and were not high pressure. The office team, Michelle and Lisa, provided daily updates on our home project and were always happy to answer any questions we had. The tear down and installation crews were professional and did an excellent job. After the project was completed we had a minor concern and contacted the NPE office staff who were quick to respond and send a company representative out to look at the concern and address it. We could not be any happier with the entire NPE team or the work they did with our siding!

After vetting several companies, I landed on NPE and I am happy I did. You may pay a little more, but you truly get what you pay for. NPE is incredibly communicative before, during and after the project. I unexpectedly had to have an electrician come to move my meter as part of the siding replacement activities and NPE coordinated seamlessly with the electrician. The crew was here Monday-Friday, on time every day working carefully and continuously to get the job done. The end result is absolutely beautiful! We would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Definitely hire Northern Pacific Exteriors (NPE) if you want high quality meticulous work done efficiently, safely, and right on budget and schedule. I purchased my first home ever in 2019, but it needed major refurbishments (which is part of what put it within my reach financially). All of my neighbors advised me to get this James Hardie siding, so I researched the brand, submitted an inquiry through their website, and was contacted by NPE. They provided a quote for the siding so I knew what to budget for, but the roof needed to be replaced first. I used NPE for my roof replacement since I knew I was planning to use them for my siding project, and drew up a multi-year financial plan to tackle these projects. On both jobs, NPE's team worked efficiently and did an outstanding job. The guys showed incredible attention to detail and I could tell they all really took pride in their work. In addition to the siding installation, they took out a chimney that had considerable rot, and installed a new window to in its place to bring the light in. This also meant fixing the roof line. They were able to handle everything and there were no surprises, NPE delivered exactly what they promised. The best part is that now my house actually holds the heat in and feels like a home now. NPE is worth the investment!

Northern Pacific Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing, replacing my roof, and skylights. Starting with there “low pressure” sales representative that answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them. The foreman was also outstanding, any concern I had about my roof he kindly would take the time to talk it over with me, and pretty much follow through with any request that I had. Rain gutter crew was did the same quality of work as the roofers.

There was a 6 1/2 month delay during the pandemic shutdown, but the office did their best to communicate with customers. It is the only reason I gave a B on punctuality while everything else was an A. I was compensated for the long delays by a reduction in price, which was appreciated. Once they got started everyone worked hard with long hours when needed, and the roof was always left protected at the end of the day. Workers followed Corona safety protocols with on-site sanitation and hand washing facilities. The field lead managed the crew well and they were all company employees. Craftmanship and materials were excellent and it is a far better roof than the original. I've become a "roof snob" with such good work to compare to others I see.
