We have a very steeply pitched metal roof on a two-story home with skylights and a turret. We hired M&H to remove many years of mold off our roof, clear and clean all the rain gutters and reseal our skylights. They responded very quickly to my bid request, and within the same day performed a physical onsite roof inspection, rather than just generating an estimate based on a Google Earth photo like so many of their competitors. We are seniors on a fixed income and this is a major expense for us. We solicited quotes from several reputable and highly rated roof cleaning companies. They talked to us about our roof and what we needed. They didn?t tell us to buy the most expensive metal roof which impressed us. They talked to us about why they would suggest what they did. They also noticed that there were places in our roof where the eaves were rotting. They tapped them with the metal roofing so that they wouldn?t rot. Their estimate was lower than some of the other roofing companies and they were close. They had access to the material, so we didn?t have to wait. There were people whom we talked to where we had to wait for more than a month for them to do the roof. We got it done in 2 weeks because he had the material ready. We would use them again in future and would refer them to others."

"We hired the Home Team to clean our roof, treat it with moss retardant, and wash the skylights and exterior windows. Our roof is steep, with a three-story drop to pavement in the back, so the charge was higher than it would be for roofs that are not as dangerous to work on. The two workers were on time, worked hard, and did a wonderful job on our roof and windows and the cleanup afterwards.
