Andy suggested a full perimeter drain install around the foundation. The work also included complete replacement of the vapor barrier. "During a roof inspection, it was discovered that all 22 attic vents of my roof were failing due to poor mfg quality and the effects of UV. Not a good time to have 22 holes in a Northwest roof. I contacted Rubicon Roofing and within 10 minutes received a return call. Dennis (owner) came promptly, surveyed the work, and I accepted his offer to do the repair. Within 2 days, my repairs were complete. It was a remarkable case of customer service that is very hard to find, these days. Excellent work in a professional manor, also very hard to find.
