If you are having troubles with your roof, you could have reached out to me directly and I would gladly inspect and repair whatever you are having issues with. Your roof was inspected by a 3rd party and passed the inspection. You started a material claim before we even finished your job. TPO is not installed with nails. The substrate is your original sheeting and an underlayment approved by the manufacture. The manufacturer warranty covers defects that the product might have. Your product warranty should not be affected by the installation process. I spoke to the manufacturers representative when you first started a claim against the material and he assured you that the material warranty was solid. You were not happy with the original flashing, so I paid for custom metal flashing to be made and installed. However, I'll contact the manufacture right away. If you are claiming that you have to replace your roof, I take that very seriously. If you are claiming that the material warranty is no longer valid, I take that very seriously. Hello again Greg, I spoke the the manufacturer representative today. He told me that he has no record of a material claim. When we order a TPO package for a customer, all of the accessory items for the TPO come as a package. The screws and underlayment are all approved by the manufacturer. The TPO seams are hand welded with a hot air welder. The installation was in accordance with the manufacture guidelines. If you notice a defect in the TPO, please let me know and I can help direct you to the TPO representative. Your warranty is fully in place!
