We had a wonderful experience with Patriot. From the inspection all the way through the completion of the job, every one we worked with was professional, courteous, and took the time to both listen to our concerns and explain the process. If you want it done right these are the people to call.

We had multiple bids from different roofing companies and ultimately decided to go with Patriot Roofing. Aaron did the initial evaluation and proposal. We appreciated the honesty and professionalism of all the people we met. They were able to schedule during the week that worked best for us. Larry did the pre-work check and made sure things were scheduled and ready. The team led by Miguel was always letting us know how things were going by text including pictures even if we were away. The entire scope was finished in 4 days for the roofing and one additional half day for the new gutters. Each night the crew made sure our home was protected from any potential weather or animals. The materials matched the colors we requested. There have been zero problems with the quality of work. We are still waiting for the warranty information and guarantee from Certainteed but they said it might take a couple weeks. While the work and materials were more expensive compared to other proposals, I think the end result is worth the extra money (think 3-5% more overall). There were some change orders which are to be expected and the team was honest and upfront when they encountered issues and showed pictures as well as recommendations with the reasoning to correct the issues. Payment was easy. The office was responsive. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or neighbor and would use them again in the future if needed.

With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. Patriot Roofing met and exceeded all of our expectations.

I found patriot from a google search. Great customer service making an appointment. Kraig Perry came to my home and thoroughly inspected my roof and attic spaces for damages. He was also very helpful dealing with my home insurance company. My roof work was completed in 5days with two work crews, a little issues with debris all over the yard and the fences. Other than that great experience overall.

It was fantastic. From the beginning Patriot Roofing was professional and timely. Despite some COVID-related delays communication was very good as was the quality of their work. I will certainly hire them again.

Much better than I expected. Elle, the roofer, was very courteous and obviously an expert at roof repairs. The repair required a partial rebuild of the skylight casement. When finished in one day, the quality of the work was readily apparent. Although extra work was required when water damage was discovered during repair, Patriot Roofing stood by their quote and that’s something not often seen nowadays. Very reasonable price too. Oh, and with a lot of rain this fall, no more leaks.

The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements.

The crew that came out were awesome. The only way that I can tell that they were up working was the sound of the tools. There was no yelling, profanity, or loud music. The completed roofing was absolutely great. I have zero complaints about this company and would hire them again if needed.

All aspects were great from the initial visit to the cleaning up when the roof was finished. They are on time, communicate well, thorough, personable and professional.

Patriot roofing is an outstanding company. They weren’t the cheapest but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. From our salesman Levi, the crew(Alan and his crew) to the final inspection with Eb...they were all professional, courteous and hard working. The roof turned out even better than expected and our property was treated with respect and left as if no one had been there.
