"Roof was installed ahead of schedule. As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"
