"I'm a member of the excellent Allred subscription service that provides for consistent maintenance checkups for all installed equipment. I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already. Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience."

"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "Ron, the owner was fantastic, punctual, friendly, and helpful! Before we moved in, we wanted to get our air ducts cleaned. Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire. He showed up early, worked very quickly and was gave us some really valuable tips on how to clean out our furnace and do annual maintenance to upkeep our system better. Highly recommend. "I like the business model working with BelRed. They have a highly qualified consultant arrive to estimate the job. Joe takes a variety of measurements and runs them thru a calculation engine to cross check the exact needs of my house. He was able to show by the current standards that the size of Heat Pump and Furnace required by my house was smaller than was being proposed by other companies. In a single visit he was able to put together an entire bid for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Before each technician arrives the company sends an email with a photo, name and bio of each person expected to arrive at my house. This was a nice added touch and helped my wife feel more comfortable having the workers around the house. Every technician was very polite and considerate. They all worked very hard to make sure the entire experience was positive for my family. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made adjustments along the way to satisfy my needs. The final product is beautiful and I feel that I can truly trust their work and future maintenance of our system. They were about 10% more expensive than the other 3 companies that I had estimate the project but were open to negotiations on some of the extra work I had them do, I went with them because they built trust in their product from installation to follow thru on maintenance.. I will definitely call them back for the next 2 projects I have planned for next year."

"The general manager called me to understand the problem and he was able to send out a technician next day to my residence to help with our mini split ductless HVAC system. The technician was young but clearly experienced and was able to deduce a very simple and immediately fixable filter problem that ended up solving our issue (which we thought was a leak!). He saved us a ton of time and money. In comparison, a few days before, we had hired a well known, $$$ HVAC technician to figure out what was going on - he took 4x as long and charged a bunch more money and he did not find the filter at fault. In fact, they were going to charge us $12,000 to do a leak detection and repair. So, we are so appreciative of NW Expert Heating! Thank you Virgil!"

"3 Head Heat Pump Install: The Pro's that came out and did the work were fantastic. They ran into a delay but didn't let that prevent them from finishing the work same day. Sean (HVAC) with his HVAC team and Lucas (ELECTRICIAN) were very professional and courteous in every aspect of the project. The only reason I gave a 4 is because of a 10% increase in the original bid that could have been avoided at the time of the initial visit and estimate being provided. David did make a concession on the price which we accepted because the Pro's worked so hard to complete our project."
