Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire. He showed up early, worked very quickly and was gave us some really valuable tips on how to clean out our furnace and do annual maintenance to upkeep our system better. Highly recommend. The technician was young but clearly experienced and was able to deduce a very simple and immediately fixable filter problem that ended up solving our issue (which we thought was a leak!).
