I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. "The general manager called me to understand the problem and he was able to send out a technician next day to my residence to help with our mini split ductless HVAC system. The technician was young but clearly experienced and was able to deduce a very simple and immediately fixable filter problem that ended up solving our issue (which we thought was a leak!). He saved us a ton of time and money. In comparison, a few days before, we had hired a well known, $$$ HVAC technician to figure out what was going on - he took 4x as long and charged a bunch more money and he did not find the filter at fault. "3 Head Heat Pump Install: The Pro's that came out and did the work were fantastic. They ran into a delay but didn't let that prevent them from finishing the work same day. Sean (HVAC) with his HVAC team and Lucas (ELECTRICIAN) were very professional and courteous in every aspect of the project. The only reason I gave a 4 is because of a 10% increase in the original bid that could have been avoided at the time of the initial visit and estimate being provided. David did make a concession on the price which we accepted because the Pro's worked so hard to complete our project."
