I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. "Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "Ron, the owner was fantastic, punctual, friendly, and helpful! Before we moved in, we wanted to get our air ducts cleaned. Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire. He showed up early, worked very quickly and was gave us some really valuable tips on how to clean out our furnace and do annual maintenance to upkeep our system better. Highly recommend. "We have recently started using Harts for all of our plumbing needs and have been very pleased with the work and professionalism! The guys are all extremely courteous, communicative, and respectful and we trust them to be in our home. Matthew came out to address a smell coming from our sump pump and identified that the lid needed to be replaced. Easy fix. While he was there he checked the pump to ensure it was operating properly and assured me that everything else looked good. He said he would promptly fix the issue and gave me his card in the event I had any further questions. We signed up for their annual maintenance plan and we love being able to call them for any concerns we have, at no charge, and with priority scheduling! We have cancelled our home service warranty now that we have the Harts plan, as they cover plumbing, electrical, and will soon have HVAC services. Yes, I know that their prices might be a tad higher than others (although our jobs have been in line with other quotes) but it pays for their extensive training, warranty, knowledge, and great and responsive customer service. You get what you pay for and we are at the point in our life where we are ready to pay for quality and peace of mind."
