"I was extremely pleased by the work done by the company and their service techs Kenton and Slavi. I contacted AAA via email late in the evening and received a phone call from them 8:30 the following morning. They juggled their schedule and freed up Kenton to come see me later that same day. Kenton diagnosed the problem as a circuit board failure and, since no replacement was available locally, arranged to have one shipped overnight to AAA. The following morning I received another call from AAA informing me that the replacement part was in. They were able to free up Slavi in the early afternoon to do the install. Slavi arrived on schedule, installed the replacement part, then began running extensive diagnostics to insure that everything now worked properly. He performed a thorough cleaning of the circuitry to remove accumulated dust that can cause circuits to overheat. He measured air temperature and flow rate at multiple vents throughout the house to insure that there were no obstructions in the system. I signed up for one of AAA's low cost annual maintenance plans and was delighted to discover that they had applied the maintenance plan's discount to the work already done. That saved me more than $130. I had a great experience with AAA and am happy to recommend them for your HVAC needs. Their rates are reasonable and their service people are outstanding."

I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. "Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "Bradley knows what heâ  s doing. I originally hired Seatown Electric to come out and install an in-house backup generator. Bradley came out to install the generator and found that we had some pretty dangerous wiring at the panel and it was not nearly up to code. I was in the HVAC industry 30 years ago and the mechanical theory in which Bradley explained made complete sense. Bradley finished up the generator install and he gave me a bid to fix the issue. The same day, we called Seatown and we made an appointment for him to come back and do the work. Bradley and Austin showed up at 7:50am, 10 minutes before the job started. They met with me and got started. I always like to look at service techs trucks to see what kind of person is working on my home. Bradleyâ  s truck was immaculate. Extremely organized, very clean and it looked like a service truck that was on the DeWalt showroom floor. The instant I saw Bradleyâ  s truck, I knew his work was going to be perfect. The professionalism from both Bradley and Austin was outstanding. They worked extremely hard for almost 11 hours that day. They didnâ  t mess around, they had their mind set on the job and I was extremely impressed at their work ethic. We have been through 4 major renovations between our two homes and have used a myriad of different contractors, but never have we had a team close to as good as these guys. I would put every apprentice with Bradley, he knows what he is doing. Seatown is lucky to have this guy, they better take care of him. Great job guys!"

"Ron, the owner was fantastic, punctual, friendly, and helpful! Before we moved in, we wanted to get our air ducts cleaned. Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire. He showed up early, worked very quickly and was gave us some really valuable tips on how to clean out our furnace and do annual maintenance to upkeep our system better. Highly recommend. "I feel I was overcharged for installation of an air vent under my sink. I was charged over $400 for what looked to me like a $250 job max. I also do not like being charged amounts that include TV advertising costs because I have no use for any TV advertising. Otherwise they did good work and gave me valuable advice."
