"If you have HVAC needs, hire this company! I decided to have a ductless heat pump installed in my townhouse with the hope that it would help with heating and cooling costs and I wanted to do it before the PSE rebate went down. I called 4 companies to come give me a quote, 3 quoted the exact same Daikin system and the estimates were very close for those 3 companies (the other company quoted a different system that I didn't feel would meet my needs). I have to admit, I went back and forth on which company to hire, as the quotes were so similar and I had good experiences with all 3 sales men. I am very happy I selected AAA though. The sales guy, Steve, was super attentive to my needs for the system and my desire to keep the cost at a reasonable level. The office staff has been very friendly when I called with questions, and the installation crew was fantastic. We had a slight hic-up in the installation when the wrong system was accidentally ordered, but the guys adapted fast, got the correct piece out within an hour and there was no significant delay that I could tell in the installation process. They were done much sooner than I thought they would be and cleaned up their mess completely. It was a very rainy day when they did the install, but not a drop of mud was inside my house. There had also been some question of how the electrical would be run from my garage out front to the back of my townhouse, but the electrician was fantastic and was very thorough in figuring out a solution. This company was great and when I get ready to do my water heater I will most likely be going directly to them. Very happy. Oh and the heat pump is working fantastic, my house is very comfortable!"

"Allred is THE best. I had mini-split AC/heat installed almost a year ago. I love it and it's saving me significant money over using my central heating system.       This firm is terrific !  First, they arrived on time to give us a bid and it was the most thorough evaluation of our heating needs that I have ever seen.  They gave us two choices and complete information for both.  We went with the more expensive unit w/ a better warranty and some additional energy saving features.  Additionally they compute the rebate from our power company and arrive w/ the documents so we did not have to go through the hassle of submitting it ourselves....note to competitors.....keep your bid simple and complete and take care of the rebate "details".  After signing the contract they arrived promptly at the agreed time and did a beautiful job of installation.  They were so careful of everything within the home...wearing shoe covers, vacuuming up after the job was completed and then carefully explaining how to operate the system.  This firm is, by far the most professional HVAC firm we have ever dealt with and I wish we'd used them for previous projects.   Ask for Al....he does an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier !

"This was an excellent customer service experience. I selected Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating in Lynnwood, WA on the strength of Angie's List reviews that describe actual furnace repair work rather than other companies that seem more focused on doing furnace replacements. (Day & Nite do replacements, of course, but the reviews cited a fair number of repairs as well.) Although my gas furnace (a Carrier Weathermaster 800) is about 20 years old, my circumstances didn't allow replacement. When I contacted Shondra in their office about available appointments they were booking several days out, but were able to move it up a day and a half which was very appreciated given the cold nights. Tyler was the HVAC-R Technician sent for my appointment and he was amazing - both personable and knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed and fixed the unit. He also understood that I am someone who likes to know details on what is being done and why – not too much detail, but enough so I felt informed which reassured me. Tyler’s great customer service and positive attitude, on top of his knowledge and experience with the technology impressed me so much I signed up with Day & Nite for their annual furnace maintenance plan next winter and will happily refer my friends and family for their furnace needs. I have yet to experience the Day & Nite plumbing services, but on the strength of my experience with Day and Nite and support by Tyler, I will give them a call when that need arises. (FYI: The approximate service cost of $600 included the ignitor part less a 10% customer discount for signing up for the maintenance plan, the trip charge and that for next winter’s maintenance trip, plus tax.)"
