These guys are legit! They showed up on time as scheduled, worked very quickly but the work still looked high quality. The bid did not change one penny. My crawlspace was very skinny in some spots and they finished it perfectly to every corner. They were efficient, professional, clean, fast and competitive. I would definitely recommend Insulation Co for your job

Joe Estrada, owner of Insulation Co., answered my initial inquiry within minutes. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding the removal of old insulation and the application of new blown-in insulation.
The crew that performed the work were very personable and their attention to detail was notable. When done, I was shown an extensive number of before and after photos of their work. Suffice it to say ... good job!

Insulation Co recently performed a crawlspace cleanout.
Jo Estrada performed a bid for my home based upon on-line square footage and floor plans very quickly.
His staff of 3 men arrived at about 7:30 AM and completed the crawlspace cleanout in about 7 hours.
Several things that I learned during this process my 1998 built home:
Had insulation with formaldehyde
Had R-19 insulation - New installed insulation was R-30
The old insulation was no longer efficient after 20 years
The new (R-30) insulation will be efficient for 30 years
Insulation Co also does attic insulation replacement
When they completed the crawlspace cleanout, the crawlspace looked better than it did when the home was new.

Hard to find anyone willing to crawl under a house get rid of rodent infestation, clean out and redo insulation.

Jo and Insulation Co. were perfect. I chose them based on reviews. They walked me through getting my 1925 vermiculite insulation tested for asbestos (it was ok, no asbestos) and explained the timing with the electrician. Extremely helpful. Then the 3-person team led by Julio came out and did the job this morning. Incredible. They cleaned up on their way out. I recommend 100%.

I was referred by a local contractor. Customer service was great. Phone call resulted in quick proposal emailed. Once accepted, work scheduled timely. Crew showed up as stated in scheduling. 4 1/2 hrs later, job complete. Crew was friendly & cleaned up all debris. I am very happy w/results. They helped me with applying for gas utility rebate as well.

Removed old fiberglass insulation that at one time was rodent infested. Removed old plastic ground cover sheeting. Installed new ground cover black plastic sheeting and new fiberglass insulation.
This was in the basement crawl space in my 9-unit apartment building. Very satisfied with the work - they were very responsive to some follow up work - would definitely recommend .
