Replaced pipe to water main and repaired pipe under the house. Went out of his way to repair my problems. Did an excellent job. Was extremely courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Prior to the repair work, an estimator came over and gave us all the details regarding the work that needed to be done to repair our chimney. The person who did the repair work did an excellent job. We're extremely happy with the work that was done! We definitely would recommend this...

"there is a quick summary at the bottom if you want to skip the details. I have received service from this company twice. The first time I had a leak in a bathtub. They removed the drain with a Dremel since it was stuck, then they were about to leave to go to home depot to get plumber's putty, but I had some so they were able to get the part quickly replaced. Maybe this is a bit of a fluke, but that seems like a fairly basic thing to have when going to fix this kind of leak. Overall it was a positive interaction so I didn't think much of it. I recently bought a bidet on amazon. It arrived and I put it in. The problem was that I couldn't connect the toilet to the wall since the hose was a different size then the wall piece. The directions wanted me to remove the valve stem from the wall and replace it with their own. I called A Advanced because when it comes to plumbing, i would rather leave that to the professionals. I had called it a hose bibb because I just didn't know what it was called. someone called me back and asked me to explain in better detail what i needed done. I explained that the "hose bibb" needed to be replaced for me to connect my toilet and that I had the part to do it. from that conversation i received an estimate for $280.87. I was at work that day so couldn't be there, but my wife was there. The plumber that arrived worked for a while on the toilet, then went to home depot to find parts, then came back to the house and worked on it longer, then finally decided that it couldn't be done. We were charged $768.14 for nothing to get fixed. I called them to figure out what happened, I called near closing so they were not able to get a hold of anyone and it waited until the next week for me to talk to someone. I found out that the plumber never received the bag of parts, it was about 2 feet away in the sink. the same plumber came out and looked at it again, and went to home depot again. I was at work and managed to contact him while he was at home depot. I was told that the problem was with the thread depth and that there was no way to install this Chinese toilet without special ordering a part, and if I wanted him to keep working on it he was going to have to charge me more money. I declined. (Its not a Chinese toilet, the company that makes them is out of California.) At this point I was beyond frustrated. I left work early, drove home, went to home depot with the parts I needed to connect, and found a perfect fit within about 10 minutes of looking. I bought a Hex Bushing 3/4 in MIP x 1/2 in FIP for $7.75. I attached it to the included hose and then attached that to the valve stem. and everything worked. Home depot made it easy to find since both connectors were the same type. I just needed to find the appropriate brass adapter. the threads on the toilet hose are identical to the threads on a US water heater. I called A Advanced back and presented my evidence. I was asked what it would take to make this right. I asked for some of my money back. I can understand getting charged for the plumber going out to my house without a full understanding of what is going on. but at no point did he ever tell my wife that he was going way over the estimate. this is the exact response i got back. "I spoke with my COO and my foreman due to the amount of time we spent on the project we are unable to provide any sort of refund. I understand that is not something you want to hear but that is our decision." _____________________________________________ to summarize: - every time this company has come out to my house they have needed to go to Home Depot during the visit. - I was charged nearly 3 times the estimate with no work done and no warning that the bill was piling up. - the plumber was never able to install the toilet despite multiple trips to home depot - I installed the toilet with a $7 adapter i found at home depot in about 10 minutes. (I am not a plumber) - The company chose to not refund me anything If a plumbing company needs to go to home depot every time they do a house call, that is a company that is not prepared at best, and a scam company at worst."

Allred Heating Cooling Electric
Allred Heating Cooling Electric
We at Allred Heating, Cooling and Electrical hope to become your trusted friends and partners in keeping your homes safe, comfortable, and a pleasant environment for you and your families. How Allred Got Started Our company was founded by Dan and Matt who discovered they had complimentary areas of expertise. Matt began as an electrician about a decade ago and besides doing electrical work began working with HVAC as well. Dan had been doing contractor work in Alaska and when they met they realized they were a perfect match to begin a business, hence Allred Heating, and Cooling and Electrical. Between the two of them all of the right bases were covered to offer complete electrical and HVAC systems, both installation and repair. Allred Heating Family Hopes to Help Your Family We are a family owned company and we know how important it is to keep our homes working economically and safely. We hold ourselves and our work to the highest standards and that is why we offer a one year parts and labor guarantee. We are bonded, licensed and insured to and we’d like to show you why you can have the utmost confidence in us. We will give you upfront estimates so you’ll know what your bottom line will be.
"Best Customer Experience even if I chose another Contractors Hardware: Dave Rolig that came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and took the time to know me and answer any and all of my questions. His experience and genuine caring were unmatched! An employee to make any company very proud. He even offered to meet price of competitors product. In the end it was my engineering analysis of the hardware choices that had me chose the competitor. And that was nothing he could overcome. He gave me every reason to believe Allred was only selling a product they believed in and would fully stand behind for many years to come. I would highly recommend Allred Heating Cooling Electric and Dave Rolig to anyone shopping for these services! Thank you for your prompt and complete support through this experience. Brian Garber"

Hunt's Services
Hunt's Services
Puget Sound's Home Service Heroes! Offering Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Duct & Sewer Services Hunt’s Services is a certified and licensed plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, duct and sewer services company. We offer same day repairs and emergency services, with over 2,600 five-star reviews by our customers in Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Puyallup, South Hill, Kent, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, Olympia and the nearby areas. We take pride in serving King, Pierce and parts of Kitsap and Thurston Counties for both residential and commercial needs with honesty, integrity, and dedicated service.
"I am extremely frustrated with the quality of work, the customer service following their mistakes, and I feel taken advantage of after trusting them to do quality work within state and city codes I was not familiar with. For anyone considering hiring Hunt's Services, I would strongly suggest against it, and if you do work with them, be sure to watch them closely and do your research on the codes that apply to the work they will be doing as they cannot be trusted to abide by them. We trusted Hunt's Services to replace our electrical panel, which was located in a small closet in our bedroom. We originally discussed moving the panel, as its location was only permissible due to its age (it had been installed before the code was updated). I was working from home at the time so I could not supervise; I let the workers in, and the replacement panel was put into the same location in the closet. When I inquired, they said it was fine at the time. A year later when considering a remodel, I checked the codes myself and found that the panel is against Washington state code. I've reached out multiple times since July, and been told the worker who installed the panel was no longer with them, and they would address it. As of this point in time, I have not received compensation for the work they have done that is against code, which I needed to pay to be fixed. If they reach out and refund me, I will update my review. Additionally, we had a very expensive sewer liner installed with them, and when we received a free scope from another company, they notified us the liner was coming up. We sent the liner video to Hunt's Services, only for them to say it was fine. We have now had two expensive jobs by this company, with very low quality of work and a failure to meet state standards. I cannot caution enough against using Hunt's Services. In my experience, there is a high likelihood you will not be happy with the work, and they will not do anything to rectify it."

Here at Arden Heating & Cooling we offer free estimates and discounts for new systems, existing system upgrades, and maintenance plans. All of our work includes a manufacturers warranty and a 5yr labor warranty on any of the work that we do. Look forward to doing business with you.
"A prompt and thorough response, unlike simply informing me that there was nothing they could do, they actively researched the warranty on my current system (expired and void due to builder installation) before discussing a replacement option. I was then presented with several options, each accompanied by a quote. When asked, they recommended that I opt for a more economical quote that better suited my usage and requirements. I highly recommend this company. They were punctual and worked diligently, even during the peak summer months in the hottest room in my house (the attic). I will certainly recommend them to any of my friends and will utilize their services for any future needs related to air conditioning or furnace repair, as well as routine maintenance."

"This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

FAQs for boiler repair projects in Enumclaw, WA
The average cost to install a new water heater is around $1,300, but you can expect to pay between $875 and $1,750, depending on the kind of water heater, the size of the unit, and the professional chosen to complete the work. Tankless water heaters can push your price higher, as installation is more complicated, with prices as high as $3,500. The location and accessibility of your water heater will play a role in the project cost, as those sitting in tight spaces like a crawl space will drive up your labor costs.

It is very difficult and dangerous to install your own water heater, so we strongly recommend against tackling this as a DIY project. Not only will you need to wire your water heater, but you’ll also need to connect plumbing to the intake and outlet. Hiring a local water heater installer is well worth the investment.
The average cost to hire a plumber is around $100 an hour but can vary between $45 and $200 an hour depending on the plumber’s experience and the repair that you need.
