The work was done on time, and the only setbacks we had were weather related, and because we forgot to leave out a power source one morning - so nothing that was in Scott's control. They put up with our barky, 90lb German Shepherd the entire time - she was on the existing deck while they installed the stairs, and then as a last step pulled down the old railing, so that we didn't have to keep the dog indoors for the whole week. That accommodation was huge for us! Since installing the deck, our dog is happier than she's ever been now that she can free-range and bark at cats and squirrels up close and personal. Our daughter also loves playing in her yard.  We'd gladly work with Scott again in the future."
