"The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."

"Zeke and his crew did a wonderful job for us. They arrived on time, went straight to work without stopping, and made short work of seven VERY large 20-to-thirty-year-old scrub maples that they cut down and hauled away. I was impressed and fascinated to watch these fellows as they cut, dropped, collected, and removed my trees. They always watched out for each other, even as they cared for the bushes and trees I wanted to keep. Professionals in every sense of the word! They were on time and good to work with.  The hedge looks great, and the rhododendrons look superb.  They cleaned up all of the branches and trimmings nicely.  We've had two neighbors ask for their name so they can use them.

"They cut down the right tree and grind the wrong stump. We have a huge stump that I needed to grind, so I am not happy with them. I had a tree that I needed to grind so I asked if I can I will pay you extra. He charged me $60 for that it was bit high and they did not did the whole tree when I looked outside half tree was there in my yard and they left. So i think they were shady."

One company didn't show to provide an estimate and the remaining three were all within $50-$100 of each other. While Arbor Barber were the highest estimate, they were the company that I felt the most comfortable with.
