"The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."

Mark and his crew came on time, and performed the work as agreed upon. I was not able to be there during the job, but it was not an issue. Mark told me to just check afterwards that what was promised, was done - and then to call back to handle the payment. Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend Bushman Tree Service."
