"Mark and his crew are THE BEST.  His crew came out a couple of weeks ago and did some work on a plum tree that was threatening our fence - it was awesome and very reasonably priced.  Then, a storm hit and we lost a limb of a pine and some of a dogwood (that Mark's crew had warned me about last summer - I should have listened!!!).  I called in the morning, Mark called me back immediately, and his crew was there in the afternoon to take care of it.  Again, reasonably priced!
I probably see too much of Mark and his crew because I don't listen to their advice about potentially troublesome trees on my lot, but they graciously, quickly, and reasonably take care of it when I screw up (grin).
