"These guys are fantastic. We met with several arborists, and Brenda & Jose impressed us from the moment we met them. One tree was a problematic situation because it was our neighbor's tree that we needed to have the branches removed from our property, and our neighbor was not cooperating. Originally we planned to have the tree cut with a hedge trimer right up the property line. Jose cared enough and hand-cut each branch individually. This tree is at least 75' tall. The other two trees we in our back yard and again, the team at Altaview performed to perfection."

"I needed two stumps removed and this company came to my rescue. They grinned both stumps in less than 30 minutes (even got rid of the roots for me), cleaned the job site, and left. "The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."

"Zeke and his crew did a wonderful job for us. They arrived on time, went straight to work without stopping, and made short work of seven VERY large 20-to-thirty-year-old scrub maples that they cut down and hauled away. I was impressed and fascinated to watch these fellows as they cut, dropped, collected, and removed my trees. They always watched out for each other, even as they cared for the bushes and trees I wanted to keep. Professionals in every sense of the word! They were on time and good to work with.  The hedge looks great, and the rhododendrons look superb.  They cleaned up all of the branches and trimmings nicely.  We've had two neighbors ask for their name so they can use them.

"Dan came out to give us an assessment about the health of an old cedar we have next to our home. I was concerned that he wouldn't be "straight" and would try to upsell services. However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months. He then went on to look at a number of other trees on our property -- ALL AT NO CHARGE TO US -- and without trying to sell us any services. I have complete confidence in Dan and Eastside Tree Works. They came to take care of our landscape needs and didn't attempt to profit off of our ignorance. I will not hesitate to use them in the future!"

"Blake and the Arbor Barber team were fantastic! I had originally contacted four companies to provide me with estimates for cutting down two overgrown cherry trees. One company didn't show to provide an estimate and the remaining three were all within $50-$100 of each other. While Arbor Barber were the highest estimate, they were the company that I felt the most comfortable with. From the phone call with their office to schedule the appointment, to owner (Blake) that came to provide the estimate, to the crew that arrived to do the work, they were the most professional and friendly, and provided the most honest and pressure free estimate. The quality of the work was amazing, and I would recommend Arbor Barber to anyone that is looking for a fair and honest company to assist them with tree service."
