"It went great, in fact better than we were expecting! Sam came out to our home exactly when he said he would be there and gave us an estimate that was in line with other estimates we had received. He was very thorough in explaining all the steps they would take to ensure we got a great product and answered all the questions we had. The crew arrived the following Monday to start the work; the workers were personable, knew exactly what they were doing and asked questions to make sure the project was exactly as we requested.
