The removal of a leaning 70 foot Blue Spruce could not have gone smoother. From estimate to project completion I found Pacific Arborculture to exhibit the utmost courtesy and professionalism with excellent communications throughout the process. The 3 man crew was absolutely amazing to watch. Truly a groups of professionals at the top of their game. Clean-up was so complete it was difficult to tell they had even been there. What a wonderful experience.

We called them back in Oct for an estimate and they said they could get us on their schedule 12/01 FFWD to today 12/01. They came within the timeline they said (big plus) In my opinion the crew (of Brandons) went above & beyond. Took care of the tons of leaves the maple turns away every fall/winter My backyard looks better than it did yesterday! They were friendly, fantastic, fun, flipping amazing and our dogs liked them too. We recommend them to everyone who needs an arborist. They are responsive, attentive and execute their work and make it look easy!

From the first inspection, to the thorough written bid, to the scheduling and communication, and through to the execution of the contracted work, management and crew conducted themselves with absolute professionalism. Knowledgeable. As ISA-certified arborists, they knew all about my treesâ health and the best pruning and maintenance for the continued well-being, in spite of the treesâ problems. They guided me in making tree care decisions, putting my mind at ease by quelling potential hazards. Capable. You should see these guys climb trees! I have incredible respect for their agility, and their ability to make decisions when high up in the limbs, aiming for and achieving the right results. Conscientious. Every one of them were courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Before they left, they cleaned up every limb and leaf, leaving my property in pristine condition. Appropriately-priced. I received a half-dozen recommendations and bids before making my choice. Pacific Arboriculture was the best choice for the above reasons, AND their pricing was appropriate and affordable. With my half-acre, heavily-treed property, I have finally found my forever arborists. I highly recommend them.

Hiring Pacific Arboriculture, was a great experience! This company was respectful, in every detail of the job. They have a great crew who know how to trim a tree so it still looks like a tree when done. They cleaned up & made sure everything was in pristine condition. I can highly recommend them. Pacific Arboriculture was great. Very responsive, Christine was very helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. Answered all my questions and concerns and got the job done. There was an issue with their stump grinder but we were able to get it rescheduled and the job done. The prices are amazing. I had three different quotes and they all provided the same service but Pacific Arboriculture was by far the best priced. 10/10 would call again.

Ryan and his team was amazing! They were knowledgeable about the trees, very professional and very efficient with the work they do! I hired them twice and my neighbor also hire them too! We are very happy with the project they did in my yard and will hire them again

Very impressed! The guys came ready to tackle the project I requested, but we had a couple other requests while they were here and they gladly completed those also, and in very efficient timing. They cut logs from trees the city cut down last week and just left. We are grateful that now we can just chop for firewood in the spring. I do wood crafts and they cleaned up a few large branches for me, they cleaned off both roofs and my patio. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I will use them again in the spring for some other projects. Please if you ask them to do anything not preplanned when they arrive, plan on giving them a tip. It is the gracious thing to do. Just sad that I didn't take pictures.

Pacific Arboriculture arrived on time to give their estimate on trimming and pruning our old maple tree, and they followed up with emails. Anytime we called them, they answered their phone. They arrived on time to do the work and finished in the amount of time they'd estimated. They were thoughtful during the process and asked us how we wanted the tree to look and answered all our questions. They totally cleaned up after themselves and removed all cut branches and limbs and even the leaves. Pacific Arboriculture, and all the workers, were professional, kind, and great to work with. We'll use them again and recommend them.

The crew arrived promptly as scheduled. We reviewed the work to be done, and the crew went right to work. I had several trees that needed to be limbed up, and they did exactly as discussed. The work was done in a timely matter, the crew was courteous and everything was neatly cleaned up. The price was very reasonable.

They were available for questions and more prior to the work. They did the work quickly and well.

This is the second time I have hired them to carefully trim our Japanese Laceleaf Maple to expose the beauty of the twisted branches, and not look like a mop head. When finished with the trimming, the area was meticulously cleaned up. I look forward to there service next year.
