"The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."

Mark and his crew came on time, and performed the work as agreed upon. I was not able to be there during the job, but it was not an issue. "They cut down the right tree and grind the wrong stump. We have a huge stump that I needed to grind, so I am not happy with them. I had a tree that I needed to grind so I asked if I can I will pay you extra. He charged me $60 for that it was bit high and they did not did the whole tree when I looked outside half tree was there in my yard and they left. So i think they were shady."
