"OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! Stacy, the online contact, was very educated and friendly. Mike, one of the owners, came out and gave us an estimate. He took his time to come into our house, to figure out the framing of our view. He explained they should trim up a bit higher, because in the winter, the branches will bend ten feet with snow and water on them. Glad he said that. Then went outside to to identify the trees to cut and trim. He also showed us trees that were dead or dying. Thank you for that, Mike! They were right on time. They reviewed what was to be done. The owner was there outline what was happening. The crew is TOP NOTCH! They were very efficient and did a great job. One person cut, one was working the shredder, the other delivering the limbs and branches. WHY WOULD YOU HIRE THEM? Because they are the best in the business! They had me stand on the deck, so they could make sure they trimmed up high enough, for a beautiful view of the water. Cost effective. Made sure I was happy, before leaving. hauled away the trees and blew down the driveway, cleaned up so you never knew they were there. EXTREMELY SATISFIED! I HAVE THEM ON SPEED DIAL."

"The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."

Ammon, the owner is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares that you walk away having had a good experience. Price wise, they were a tad bit lower than the other well-rated company (Both were fair and reasonable in my opinion). He was able to work with me on schedule and made sure that the surrounding trees were protected while his crew was working. "These guys are truly professional tree removers. They removed a 100 foot tall double trunk birch tree from my front yard, and ground the stump. This was a big tree. This tree was in a very difficult spot to remove. It was right next to my house, and just a few feet from my main electrical line coming from the power pole. Oh, it was just a few feet from the power lines out on the street. I can't tell you how carefull they had to be to do this job without damaging my house, taking out my main line, or taking out the power to the rest of the neighborhood. They placed every limb exactly where they wanted them to fall. I highly recommend these guys for any tree service. I will use them again in the future for all my tree removal needs. They cleaned up the job site too. They blow off my roof, bushes, walkway, and driveway. They started at 8am and were done by 3pm. If you have a dangerous or difficult tree to remove, these guys can do it, and do it right.
